Risa Vancouver Handbag Return Policy
At Risa Vancouver, we want you to love your new leather handbag. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase from the date of delivery. The product once shipped back is checked by Risa's quality control team before initiating a credit or store credit to make sure the product is in good condition. Returns based on quality issue can be credited back. Returns based on any other reasons are subject to store credit only. Return Shipping is to be paid by customer if it is not a quality issue.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase from the date of delivery. The product once shipped back is checked by Risa's quality control team before initiating a refund to make sure the product is in good condition. Shipping label for exchange is provided only in case of quality issue. For an exchange which does not happen due to quality but preference or any other reason will have to be shipped by customer at their cost.
- All items in the "Last Few" section are FINAL sale.
- The item being returned/exchanged must be unused, and in original condition. This includes all tags, packaging, and accessories (such as dust bags, care cards, etc.) that were included with your purchase.
- The handbag must be returned in its original packaging, which helps protect the item during the return process.
- All items sold with special promo codes cannot be returned.

All Pre order items are dispatched in 30 days from the day you order.
- Any product once received by our warehouse will be subject to partial refund in case it is defected upon return.
- Customer can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order and will get a refund to their CC, if the product is cancelled during a promotion, only a STORE CREDIT is given to the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team via the chat icon on our website with your order number and details of your return request. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Prepare the Return: Carefully repackage your handbag in its original packaging, along with any included accessories and paperwork.
- Ship the Return: Returns should be shipped using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error in the order.
Refunds and Processing
- Once we receive the returned handbag due to a quality defet, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return requirements. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- In the case of defective or damaged goods, Risa Vancouver will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or offer an exchange.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your handbag for a different color, style, or size, please initiate a return and place a new order. We currently do not process direct exchanges, but our customer service team is happy to assist with finding the best alternative for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring that all our handbags are in perfect condition before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via the chat icon on our website. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for either a replacement or a full refund.
International Returns
Please note that international orders (outside Canada) are not eligible for returns or exchange at this time. For more details, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
