At Risa Vancouver, we want you to love your new leather handbag. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unusedunworn, and in original condition. This includes all tags, packaging, and accessories (such as dust bags, care cards, etc.) that were included with your purchase.
  • The handbag must be returned in its original packaging, which helps protect the item during the return process.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items or special promotions marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team via the chat icon on our website with your order number and details of your return request. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Prepare the Return: Carefully repackage your handbag in its original packaging, along with any included accessories and paperwork.
  3. Ship the Return: Returns should be shipped using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error in the order.

Refunds and Processing

  • Once we receive the returned handbag, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return requirements. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In the case of defective or damaged goods, Risa Vancouver will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or offer an exchange.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your handbag for a different color, style, or size, please initiate a return and place a new order. We currently do not process direct exchanges, but our customer service team is happy to assist with finding the best alternative for you.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring that all our handbags are in perfect condition before shipping. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for either a replacement or a full refund.

International Returns
